Solving Problems Since 2009

Engineered Fluid Solutions was formed in early 2009 to provide coolants and lubricants to machining facilities. It didn't take long to find out that, while our customers did like our products, what they appreciated most was our prompt, pleasant service and extreme attention to detail. One day an engineering manager was having a bad day and exclaimed that he wished he could buy everything from EFS instead of only chemicals and, just like that, Tooling Solutions was born.

In the beginning the customers were easy, it was the suppliers that didn't want to work with a company they'd never heard of. It wasn't easy but through a lot of hard work and the support of our loyal customers, one by one we showed them that they could trust us the way that our customers do. Today we are a preferred distributor for many world class lines all over the United States and new suppliers are the ones earning our trust. Once we were able to combine the support of top shelf suppliers with our already established customer base things took off like a rocket.

The key to our growth really has been found in creating simple solutions to complex problems. In 2012 our largest customer approached us about supplying them with 5S corners. The products that were available at the time were too expensive and not very good, so after hearing a few stories of problems we'd solved a man we'd never met reached out. First he had to explain what 5S was and how the corners were used. From that we were able to develop a product using a nontraditional approach that was both superior to what they had been buying and 70% less expensive. From that we created our sister company Graphical Warehouse in 2016 which has amassed a pretty staggering customer list and has been a huge asset to our TSI customers.

We truly are passionate about prompt, intelligent service. While huge catalog companies do have benefits, we have no trouble using our strengths to outperform them time after time. We partner with our customers and suppliers to make sure everyone succeeds.
